Made with grated coconut, ginger, cane sugar and salt, Busta sweets are the taste of the good old times! Firm and oh-so chewy, they are made by hand in the hills of rural Jamaica and are said to be named after Jamaica’s first Prime Minister, Alexander Bustamante.
